Raw Material Selection
We carefully select high-quality coconut shells from local sources, ensuring they are dry, clean, and free from contaminants.
Carbonization
Coconut shells are burned in controlled kilns at high temperatures with limited oxygen to produce high-quality charcoal.
Crushing & Sieving
The carbonized charcoal is crushed into fine powder and sieved to ensure uniform particle size for consistent briquette quality.
Mixing with Natural Binder
Charcoal powder is mixed with natural tapioca starch binder to create a moldable mixture that holds its shape after drying.
Briquetting / Molding
The mixture is pressed into desired shapes and sizes using mechanical briquetting machines with precise molds.
Drying & Curing
Fresh briquettes are sun-dried and then oven-cured to reduce moisture content and ensure structural integrity.
Quality Control & Lab Testing
Each batch undergoes rigorous testing for ash content, moisture, fixed carbon, burning time, and calorific value.
Packaging
Approved briquettes are packed according to customer specifications - bulk, full packaging, or woven bags.
Storage & Export
Packaged products are stored in dry warehouses and prepared for export shipping to destinations worldwide.

This means we take full responsibility for preparing, packaging, and delivering your order safely to the designated port in Indonesia, covering all local costs until the goods are loaded on board the vessel. From that point, our buyers have the freedom to arrange their preferred shipping line, insurance, and logistics.
